Hey guys I get a lot of people asking how to learn the pistol squat… My favourite way is to              learn using a trx, which I’ve shown in a couple of my vids previously. This video shows a more beginner version to start to prep, like a ‘stage 1’… It’s also a good move to improve    stability while working the thighs & glutes!  Happy training everyone!!
